7. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for installation and replacement services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Repair estimates are provided before any work begins and require customer approval. All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. No hidden fees. Prices may vary based on system type, accessibility, and parts required. Emergency service is available 24/7 with no additional after-hours charge.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Large Projects: For jobs exceeding $3,000, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Financing: Financing is available for qualified customers. Terms and rates vary. Contact us for details and to explore financing options for your HVAC project.
9. Warranty
Service Warranty: We provide a 2-year warranty on all labor and service work performed by our technicians.
Manufacturer Warranty:Major installations (new AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-split systems) carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty on parts, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We will assist you with any warranty claims.
Maintenance Plan Members: Royalty and Knights plan members receive extended warranty benefits as outlined in their plan agreement.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by customer interference, improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions.
10. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellation or no-show fees may apply. We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as soon as possible.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. HVAC KING MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SITE.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, HVAC King disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HVAC KING, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HVAC Kingand its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from your use and access of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right.
14. Service Area and Availability
Geographic Limitations: Our HVAC services are available within Tucson, Arizona and surrounding areas as specified on our service area page. We reserve the right to refuse service outside our designated service area.
Service Availability: While we strive to provide accurate availability information, service slots are subject to change based on demand, weather conditions, and technician availability.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
